- Duodenum.
- Pylorus.
- Hepatic flexure of the colon.
- Kidney.
- Spleen (left).
- Stomach (left).
- Splenic flexure (left).
- Tail of pancreas (left).
*Layers open:
- Skin & S.C.
- Anterior rectus sheath
- Retraction of rectus muscle laterally.
- Posterior rectus sheath.
- Fascia transversalis.
- Peritoneum.
N.B. posterior rectus sheath , Fascia transversalis & peritoneum are opened as one layer.
